We have been in operation since 2011 and offer luxury Sunshine Coast treetop accommodation a mere ten minutes out of Maleny. We do not cater for children under ten, nor do we allow pets as Lyola is a nature refuge. Situated on 55 acres of rain forest with two carefully placed pavilions, guests have ample privacy. Besides being able to enjoy a bushwalk or a dip in the swimming hole, you are treated to hot bread and home-made jam every morning as well as some home-made aromatherapy products too. Each pavilion has a queen and single bed and comfortable furnishings where you can relax.
The wildlife you’ll see from your treehouse accommodation include koalas, echidna and goannas and an extensive bird variety to keep you busy for hours.
Retreat from The Hustle and Bustle to Tranquillity and Privacy
On offer are two secluded units aptly named Hide and Seek. These two Pavilions are set far apart to ensure privacy and rest for your soul.
You can reach Hide Pavilion via a boardwalk. This earthy toned pavilion offers you stunning views across the rainforest with sounds of cascading water from the forest stream below. Experience the tropical style outdoor shower or sunken spa bath. Then end your day between fine linens for comfort and refreshing sleep.
To make your way to Seek Pavilion, you will walk along a high tree-top boardwalk with breathtaking views. Seek brings you colourful style and panache. Enjoy a sundowner as you watch the sunset in splendour and rise in the mornings to the gentle mist from the valley below. Seek is also disability friendly.
You Live Green and Desire Green Accommodation for Your Treetop Holiday
This exquisite romantic hideaway is committed to protecting the sub-tropical rain forest environment in which it is situated. From the ground level up, we have applied attention to detail to simultaneously benefit our guests and all that surrounds them while visiting one of our two luxury self-contained units in Maleny.
The buildings are energy efficient, and one of them are wheelchair friendly. We have incorporated sub-tropical design features by award-winning architects. We are entirely self-sufficient and utilise rainwater and solar power.
There are various projects we are dedicated to, to demonstrate our pledge to the restoration of the rain forest. With the Hollow Log Homes wildlife program, guests can contribute toward the installation of nesting boxes. You will also notice that we have planted seventy vines to expand the habitat needed by the endangered Richmond Birdwing butterfly to promote breeding of these butterflies.
While on a retreat in our treehouse accommodation here on the Sunshine Coast you can reconnect with nature, relax, enjoy uninterrupted views and enjoy solace in comfort like nowhere else. Return from our peaceful haven in the rain forest rejuvenated and collected.
You owe it to yourself to rejuvenate your inner strength in peace and quiet and style. Book your pavilion now.
